I irrevocably and without additional compensation authorize Chai Diaries (“Company”) and its agents, successors, assigns, and designees to exploit and use my name, likeness, image, photo, voice, biographical information, sound effects, and other identifying characteristics (“Publicity Rights”), or any parts thereof, in any photographs, videotapes, digital files, recordings and in any other medium now known or hereafter devised (“Recordings”), to edit such Recordings as Company may desire, and to include or incorporate the Recordings as part of photographs, videotapes, and other recordings (“Company Content”), for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, in promotional and advertising materials, either in connection with my own name, or without using my name, or in connection with a fictitious name. It is understood and agreed that Company shall retain final editorial and artistic decision-making authority with respect to the content of the Recordings and/or the Company Content. Company may use, and authorize others to use, the Publicity Rights, the Recordings and/or the Company Content, or any parts thereof, in all markets, manner, formats and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Company, and Company’s successors and assigns, shall own all right, title and interest, including the copyright rights, in and to the Recordings and/or the Company Content, and any related materials, to be used and disposed of, without limitation, as Company shall in Company’s sole discretion determine. I hereby waive any right that I may have to examine or approve of the use of the Publicity Rights, Recordings, or Company Content.
